Gozen Private Dinner（御膳）

A Gozen (御膳) is a traditional Japanese set meal, where a variety of dishes — including the main — are served together on a single tray. Historically formal and elegant, it was once referred to as the “Emperor’s meal”.

This is an intimate, Gozen-style dinner showcasing seasonal Taiwanese flavours. Beverages welcome (please bring your own).
